I love the ease of use of Magentic by IncrediMail. The only draw back is that it throws up a blank screen when used with Vista.

Best:

Loads and loads of every type of wallpaper. If you have Windows XP it's fantastic.

Worst:

You have to search for wallpapers that leave your Desktop Icons visable.
